As such, every new item purchased from our store comes with a warranty that aligns with the manufacturer's original terms and conditions. This ensures you receive full coverage for any manufacturing defects or issues that may arise within the specified warranty period.

New items sold by Biwillz Computers carry a warranty dependent on the active warranty status with the original manufacturer. The warranty duration and coverage may vary based on the specific item, manufacturer policies, and the nature of the product purchased. During your purchase, our system will print the active warranty status provided by the original manufacturer on your receipt or order confirmation for your reference.
What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing Defects: Any flaws due to poor craftsmanship or defective materials.
- Hardware Failures: Malfunctions not caused by improper usage, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
- Replacement Parts: Replacement of defective components with new or refurbished parts as provided by the manufacturer.

Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy for Used Items
At Biwillz Computers, our return, refund, and warranty policy for used items allows customers to make a claim within 30 days of purchase. This policy includes conditions for both refunds and replacements.
Refunds are Subject to:
- Product Specification and Performance: If the laptop's specifications or performance do not match the product description provided at the time of sale.
- No Replacement Available: If we cannot provide a replacement of the same model or a similar product.
- Unresolved Upgrade Agreement: If an agreement cannot be reached for an additional cost to upgrade to a higher product.
- Unresolved Cashback Agreement: If an agreement cannot be reached to provide a cashback for a lesser product.
Replacement is Subject to:
- Original Condition: The laptop must be in its original condition at the time of purchase.
- Warranty Stickers: All warranty stickers must still be intact and unbroken.
- No Physical Damage: There should be no visible physical damage to the laptop.
Note: Upon inspection, if any physical damage is detected, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for brand new items.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Newspapers or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Certain situations may qualify for only partial refunds:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, software, or similar items
- Items not in original condition or missing parts
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

If you haven’t received a refund, please:

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at icare@biwillzcomputers.com and send the item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If marked as a gift, you'll receive a gift credit upon return. If the gift wasn’t marked, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: Shop C17 Msquare Plaza, 2. Pepple Street, Computer Village, Ikeja. You are responsible for paying return shipping, which is non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for expensive items, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your return.
