All Items shipped across Lagos are insured buy our logistic Partners, this is done so our customers items will arrive safely and in case on any physical damage, our partners would be the cost.
At collection point, for all items deliver, it is important that customers unwrap their item and inspect them against Physical Damage.
Refund Policy
Warranty and Return Policy
All items posted have been fully certified by a set of engineers and our technical team, and also our external and internal vendors.
Warranty of all Premium Used Items are valid within 30 days.
Warranty on New items are valid within 365 days.
Upon return, item/items will be thoroughly checked by our technical team(within 24hours) To determine the nature of damage.
Sequel to the result of diagnosis and Investigation, under our warranty time frame, We will be responsible for any factory errors detected on the PCB(motherboard) all other damages detect will be covered solely by the user.
Components not on warranty includes:
1. Charger
2. Screen
3. Keyboard
4. Hard drive(HDD).
Refunds and Return
Items sold in good condition are not refundable, changed or swapped.
Customer will receive 100% refund if items delivered doesn't meet items order for as clearly stated in the post.
